The work, which will be subject of publication, deals with the problem of efficiency in the planning, design and implementation of European regional innovation policies in the Autonomous Community, as well as the difficulties in the absorption of European resources by the productive fabric.
Diego Sande, coordinator of the Research Line in Economics at IGADI, is a member of the ICEDE (Innovation, Structural Change and Development) research group at the University of Santiago de Compostela and a professor at the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences. He is also a career official on leave from the Ministry of Culture, Education, Vocational Training and University. Previously, he was awarded the Extraordinary Prize for the Masters in Economic Development and Innovation of the University of Santiago de Compostela and the Employment Research Award granted by the City Council of Santiago de Compostela.
